1. 活動日期為2008年9月1日至2月28日(「活動期」)。
    The competition covers period is from 17th August 2008 to 28th February 2009.
  2. 報名期為2008年8月17日至9月30日，一切有關活動及登記的時間，以www.Climateers.org 伺服器接收為準。
    All enrollment must be made on www.climateers.org between 17th August 2008 and 30th September 2008 inclusively. Enrollment and logging will be considered valid according to the www.climateers.org server records.
  3. 參賽家庭在活動期間累積的政府電費補貼結餘最多者為頭奬勝出者，其餘名次依活動期結束當月的電費單標明政府電費補貼結餘數依次計算。
    The participant whose accumulated government subsidy balance is the highest at the end of the competition period wins. The runner-ups will be awarded accordingly, to participants with the second highest and third highest subsidy balance in each category.
  4. 勝出的參加者將需上繳活動期間的電費單的電子副本予核實，未能出示電費單或造假電費單者，世界自然基金會有權取消其資格。得奬者將獲得個別電郵通知。
    Winning participants must submit photocopies of all the electricity bills. WWF reserves the right to disqualify participants who fail to show their electricity bills or whose bills are found to be fraudulent.
  5. 參賽者必須簽署聲明書，證明該參賽家庭單位在活動期間確實居住於該物業，且活動期內全家離港或不在該物業居住的日數不超過一成 （10%）。
    All participants must sign a declaration testifying that the registered apartments are the actual primary places of residence of the participants, and that participants must not be living in other places for over 10% of the time.
  6. 勝出者一旦違反以上條款 (包括但不限於條款4 及5)，世界自然基金會香港分會有權取消其勝出資格及將奬品分配給其他參加者。
    If winners fail to aide by the above conditions (including but not restricted to regulations number 4 and 5), WWF reserves the right to disqualify them and award the prizes to other participants.
  7. 大會將把中電用戶首張電費單（九月所收之電費單）上「所耗電量的費用」的數值除以二，作為該參賽者的八至九月之電費。參賽者不得異議。

  8. 得獎者同意當收到領獎通知時，須於期限內回覆確認同意領取獎品，並提供世界自然基金會香港分會所要求之完整領獎文件及個人資料。其他參加者不會獲另行通知。
    Winners when must collect their prizes at the designated time slots once notified of the results, and duly provide WWF with all the documents and information necessary for identification. Participants who have not won any prizes will not receive individual notifications.
  9. 參加者若未在世界自然基金會香港分會指定時間內回覆得獎通知，視同放棄得獎權。
    Participants who fail to reply to WWF’s notification within the designated period of time will be considered forfeiting the right to the prizes.
  10. 是次活動由世界自然基金會香港分會舉辦。世界自然基金會香港分會員工及其家屬均不得參加是次活動，以示公允。
    The competition is organised by WWF Hong Kong (Word Wide Fund for Nature Hong Kong). All staff and immediate family of WWF Hong Kong are not eligible for the competition.
  11. 獎品不得兌換現金及不得退換。一旦發出領獎通知書後，若有遺失或被竊，世界自然基金會香港分會不發給任何證明或補發。世界自然基金會香港分會一律對以上獎品均不負上法律責任。
    All prizes are not exchangeable. Once notification for collection of prizes is issued, in case of theft or loss of prizes, WWF is not liable to provide any proof or replacement. WWF is not to be held responsible legally to any of the prizes.
  12. 本活動之獎品以公佈於本網站上的資料為準，如遇不可抗力之因素，世界自然基金會香港分會保留更換其他等值獎品之權利，而毋須另行通知。
    The WWF Climateers site (www.climateers.org) is the sole platform for announcement of prizes. In case of encountering force majeure, WWF reserves the right to replace the prizes without notification.
  13. 世界自然基金會香港分會並不保証送出獎品之質量及不會因為獎品未有交收而負上任何責任。
    WWF Hong Kong does not guarantee the quality of the prizes and will not be held responsible if prizes are not collected.
  14. 如因參加此活動而導致參賽者遭受任何損失，世界自然基金會香港分會不負任何責任。
    WWF Hong Kong will not be held responsible for any loss that shall occur to participants in the competition.
  15. 參加者必須遵守世界自然基金會香港分會的服務條款、使用規範及其他交易有關之規定，如有違反者，即自動喪失參加資格。
    Participants must agree to and abide by all service conditions, regulations and other terms set by WWF Hong Kong. Any non-compliant behaviour will result in automatic disqualification.
  16. 如本活動因不可抗力之特殊原因無法執行時，世界自然基金會香港分會有權決定取消、終止、
    修改或暫停本活動。
    In case of encountering force majeure, WWF reserves the right to cancel, terminate, change or suspend the competition.
  17. 用戶提供之個人資料均會被世界自然基金會香港分會所用及擁有，詳情請閱世界自然基金會香港分會
    的私隱政策。
    All personal information will be collected and owned by WWF Hong Kong. For more details please refer to the privacy policy of WWF Hong Kong.
  18. 世界自然基金會香港分會可自行更改此次活動之條款及細則而不需作另行通知，參加者同意完全遵守。
    WWF Hong Kong reserves the right to change the terms and conditions of the competition without prior notifications, participants must agree to comply to the relevant requirements.
  19. 世界自然基金會香港分會將保留一切在此活動中之最後決策權利，包括但不限於取消任何人之參加或勝出資格，任何人不得異議。
    WWF Hong Kong reserves the right to make final decisions in every aspect of the competition, including but not limited to disqualifying any participants or winners. WWF Hong Kong’s decisions must be held final and indisputable.
  20. 本活動遵從香港特別行政區法律，發生糾紛時由香港特別行政區法院裁決。
    The Competition is compliant with Hong Kong SAR law. Disputes must be settled at the Hong Kong SAR Court.
  21. 參加者須同意在主辦機構安排下出席有關宣傳活動，包括並不限於傳媒訪問、記者招待會等。
    By enrolling in the competition, participants agree to attend all relevant promotional activities organized by WWF, including but not limited to media interview, press conference, etc.
  22. 當比賽出現平手（即超過一個參賽單位的累積餘額一樣）時，大會將以一簡單節能及氣候變化
    知識比賽決定勝負，其賽果參賽者不得異議。
    In the event of a tie both participants will be awarded the equivalent prize for the position. For example a tie for 2nd position would mean that two second prizes would be awarded. Prizes lower down the order will be unaffected. For example in the event of a tie for second position the participant in fourth position will continue to receive the prize for fourth position and the prize for third position will not be awarded.
  23. 比賽的合作伙伴及各贊助單位的員工不會因其公司與世界自然基金會的合作獲得任何比賽上的優勢，故贊助及合作單位的員工可以參加。
    Employees of organisations sponsoring or in partnership with WWF on 3600 Low Carbon Challenge activities will not receive preferential access to information or preferential conditions of any kind as a result of their employer’s support, and therefore are permitted to participate in the competition.
